Everyone has its favorite creperie. For us in Restaurantsaparis.com that creperie is ‘The 8th Floor Chalet’! Why? Because, after dropping by more than 50 times in a few years, we have always been warmly welcomed, properly served and satisfied with the quality and price of the crepes as much as with the chic and hushed atmosphere.

The crepes are hearty, but not too much, so that we can end up and enjoy a whole sweet one. Their texture is slightly rigid and crunchy (the latter for sure contributing to them not being cumbersome). We recommend the ‘Estivale’ (à la tapenade’), the ‘Saint-Trop’ and the ‘Savoyarde’, yet it is difficult to point out some when all of them should be named! Likewise, certain sweet ones are particularly appealing, for example those of the daily recommendations, like the ‘banana-Chantilly-almond’ crepe, among other delicacies…

The ‘brut’ cider is to be taken seriously as well, and convenient to every palate due to its not-too-strong taste.
