Black and white decoration by Wilmotte -with some bottles seemingly floating in the air- and a Guy Savoy and Stéphane Laruelle menu: those are good assets to part with for the one star (according to the Michelin guide) Chiberta restaurant.

The menu is rather classic: this is a place to take your boss, or your client, or your supplier to, not a frenetic foodie.

Here we are delighted with preparations that remember our childhood’s dishes: artichoke soup à la burgundy truffle and Parmesan cheese chips; raw roasted turbot with seasonal mushrooms fricassee and land and sea juice; mallard breast roast with juice-crystallized thigh, offal sauerkraut, beetroot textures à la violet mustard…

Two interesting tasting menus, at 100 € and 155 € (with food and wine pairing).
